There's also Marmalade Kitchen & Bar on the other side of the water under the Burrard Bridge. Call ahead in advance to make sure breakfast/brunch is served.

I made reservations for the Dockside Restaurant for tmw morning. We paddled by it every practice during dragonboat season, and I remember seeing it all the time. The location is super nice, and the menu is not bad too, so we'll see after tmw!
