Best freaking workout in a while. Felt great. I didn't eat since 8:00 AM and it was 2:00 PM so I decided to sample some super pump 250 from the front desk. Worked great!
First thing I wanted to do was use the platform, but 2 guys were hogging the squat rack + platform and didn't want to share. So I decided to run a bit... (Didn't want to DL off the floor)
2 laps treadmill
Then I noticed that they were the types who like to leave their weights idling while they walk around chat, lift else where and fiddle faddle then maybe do 1 set every 15 minutes. WTFFFF

They weren't even lifting that heavy 225 lbs max shouldn't need that big of a rest. So I gave up and worked off the floor beside them.
Deadlift 315 lbs 5x5, 365 lbs x2 paused singles
Bent rows 135 lbs 5x5, 185 lbs 2x5
Dumbbell shrugs 115 lbs 4x5
1 lap treadmill
They still left goddamn weights there doing nothing so no one can use it. Meanwhile one of them is spazzing out at some guy saying "You fucking stink, take a shower" x10
Best day for me! Passed class 5 road test + great workout at golds
