pretty solid workout tonight
chest, started with pin press, i always warm up with this, 45x5reps 45 45x 5reps, 45x45x45 x 5reps
then did normal bench, i have been trying to see how many reps of 2 plates i can pull just cause there is a little contest with some of my buddies at the gym think i am weak from my cut haha, so i did 45 plate just to warm up for 10, then did 2 plates for 15 then i pulled out 2 plates for 17 last 2 were kinda sloppy and that was it for bench,
moved onto incline dunbells, i put it on a very low incline, i find this hit my upper chest like were my neck is almost, 75x10 85x10 95x7 105x5 and finished with dips
then did some legs after and tris
