pretty much every single thing you said is wrong. troll much?
a. you can't turn fat into muscle
b. working out doesn't have to make you bigger. training for strength works your motor units, not for hypertrophy.
c. your body needs protein to rebuild muscle. it's the muscle's building block.
d. preworkout supplements do help you in the short run, but taking too many over time cause you to burn yourself out.
e. bodyweight workouts are great. eg. pistols, handstand pushups, pushups, pullups, etc. but other exercises you need to add weight (squat, cleans, deadlift, press)
f. cardio will help your endurance and help you lose mass. but it's better to do high intensity anaerobic work
