i've been using lighter weights cuz i want to "feel" and get the correct form...
but its so depressing too...
Kinda repetitive but back onto DL: I have weak legs and been doing squats to improve them for the past month. So my reg DL is weak(150) but my stiff legged is a lot more(235)... What should I do?
