Wow... I'm actually speechless.
Personally, I'm more scared of the drunk idiots that you encounter walking around Gastown at night as opposed to the crack addicts.
I'm not trying to be a dick here, but is there more to the story that you left out? Cause usually people don't just follow somebody outside and make rude remarks about them for no reason.
