just becareful when you're using iTunes.. turn off automatically sync when you connect device to computer..

First thing you do to make sure it doesn't delete all the apps u've downloaded through installous and haven't made back up yet.. is to do this.

File --> "Transfer purchases from iPhone"

If you forget to do that step.. iTunes will sync your apps from your backup and REMOVE the ones you've downloaded and installed from Installous since your last backup

Apptrackr.org = Installous

try to google for iphone forums.. they usually have newer releases than what you'll find from Installous
