Physiotherapy is your best bet for healing. Avoid all the massaging/chiropracter stuff. It's all temporary, and chiropracters can be worse in some circumstances.

I would recommend you change where you are doing your physio if you haven't done so and try another place. A mix of physio exercise/massage/cold and hot therapy, etc. will help. In the long run, it takes a very long time, but it's well worth it.
