Finishing up week 4 of stage 2. So that means all this week I should be hitting my max.
So I guess my maxes are:
Dips: BW + 25kg for 3 reps (264 lbs total)
Chinups (wide grip, overhand): BW + 7.5kg for 3 reps (225.5 lbs total)
Hack Squats: 90kg with bar (198 lbs)
Got a loooooooooooong way to go, but I am progressing. I am up to about 209-210 lbs. That is a net gain, because I am losing a lot of fat as well. I estimate that if I didn't lose any fat, I would be in the 215-219 range, from about 200-204. I still don't eat nearly enough, even though I eat whenever I can.
