Due to the nature of the washing effects and coloring treatments we do to each of our shirts, this results in every piece being different from the next...It's the beauty of our product but we understand it can also be a bit frustrating when trying to find the perfect fit. What we can suggest is that if you have found and XL that fits you well, then if another one is too big, drench it in hot water, place it in a pillowcase, and put it in the dryer on medium heat. This should reduce its size a little bit, resulting in a more snug fit. But if your XL is really HUGE compared to the other one you have, then it may be a very rare case of mis-labelling, because the sizes vary slightly but not by drastic amounts.
