But i know exactly how you feel, at fitness world in langley and the new gym i got to (fleetwood) theres a group of like 4-5 guys that just stand around and watch there friend bench or shoulder press. last time i checked you dont need 5 spotters.
but pretty good overall work out tonight, increased my dead-lifts and leg press. good day
