honestly, I would always support my kids no matter what they've done. I would talk to them about how what they did made others feel and i would give them
consequences to warrant the actions i would never ever torture them by a cold shower(or hot suace wtf!), those cries of torture by that kid is going to haunt me for the next few days.......
