I do, but its 95% of the time on the weekend. If I do stay out late, I ALWAYS tell them before I go and not just run out.

It does sound like your a punk ass kid. your mom is trying to teach you responsiblity ahead of time before it comes blasting in your face. I moved out when i was 20 and regretted it. I wasnt ready for the responsibility of living on my own at the time. All i thought was to get out of my parents house and not live by their rules. Having to tell them where im going and what time i will be back home. not having friends over coz it late.
