Hey guys, So I'm writing up a cover letter now but I'm not sure what the best way to go about it is.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?


Also do you think I should mention my back injury in the cover letter/interview at all?

I know I could prob twist it to use it to my advantage somehow but the general consensus from my friends is to not mention it at all.

There's also the problem of why I had that one year gap of unemployment.

Honestly though, I would feel much more comfortable being up front about it if I could.
