I did a quick Google search and it appears that Questtrade has quite a lot of complaints on their service.
If anyone trades a lot and wants to save on fees, CIBC Investors Edge has a $395 a/c where you get 50 trades for 1 year. (about $8 a trade), and there's no minimum balance required.
