Went there today with 2 friends. Much like onaki's experience, ours much very much the same.
We found that
they use a lot of filler - siu choy, bean sprouts and other veggies. All 3 of us enjoyed the noodles as they are cooked
al dente so mind you, this is a personal preference. I wish they had more noodles but again, too much crappy filler.
The meat is marginally okay at best. I prefer the meats from Santouka instead. Egg was not sliced in half. Not sure why. Service was good and the atmosphere/environment is different in a way where its a lot more comfortable and welcoming. You aren't rushed whatsoever.
A majority of their menu is not available at the moment so it's ramen and several other little things. They serve alcohol. I've rate this place a 6/10 for now but they may need some time to tweak things since they opened several weeks ago.
