I was heading westbound and hit the right hand bend at around 3:00 pm and didn't notice any cars merging from Surrey. At first I thought they had closed the bridge access from Surrey. Now that would be really cool. I can't wait to see 6+ lanes on each side of the freeway at that point.
My question. When all this is said and done, are they going to toll everybody, tourists included? I've only been across the Golden Ears when it was free. How do they charge non residents of BC?
