in order for you to garnish wages or seize funds/goods whether it be property or bank accounts, he must be present at court. during this arbitration if he fails to show up, the judge may issue a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear. you cannot seize property even with a winning judgement without a payment hearing.

Great info, thanks. I doubt he will show up to that hearing. He will run and hide like he always does.
