I been to NCIX and Memory Express and what they keep offering me are deals over $1100 for the rig I'm looking for. like $1,200+ or more

All this is suppose to cost $1,100 on newegg.ca though I think there are some parts that could be improved.
I'm not 100% sure these parts are all compatible though. So if any computer expert here know and can let me know, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I'm not sure if I need anymore cooling fans, or do I even know which ones I need, so if anyone could advise me on that too.
