To 737! and others that want to know how to change Zooropalg's french theme to english:

-Extract the theme file.
-Open "LockBackground.html" with Wordpad and then press "Ctrl+f".
-Search for the word "lundi" and replace it with "Monday" ....and so on for the others
-Next line has the Months in french. Replace them with english months names.
-Press "Ctrl+f" again and search for "localte" replace the string of letters and numbers with "CAXX0518" (this is the weather code for Vancouver, BC)
-Save and close and copy the whole theme folder to Library/Themes using iFunBox.
-Enable in Winterboard, respring then
