That's not the issue at all. The issue is Shaw is now going to be charging for overages (after 2 months of warnings) where in the past they did not.
Doesn't matter anyway - the people bitching here (and on other forums) use
WAY more bandwidth than even the previous limits. Why complain about a limit going from 125 to 100 when you still use 200+ anyway? It's being billed for the extra that's got the downloaders so upset.
