take your time to set the voltages play around with it
as you play around with your voltages, you'll notice a drop in temp. but if your maxxing at around 70c i think thats fine imo since every chip is different and your case setup + your room temp. all play a factor

whats rams are you using for your i7? is this 1366? or 1156 cpu?
and to playground you should add another fan on the H50 and maybe even custom mod it with a reservoir its pretty simple that should help as well
