My .02

Petit Pho Saigon, I the spring rolls, the service is 5 star in the world of Vietnamese cusine, and the place is clean... bathrooms are also very clean.

+ Location for me is great, if you're from North Shore or Burnaby it's prime.

FYI Pho Japolo on North Shore is fucking terrible in every way.
