okay here is the deal. my friend bought a civic, and from the ad described it, it was perfect. however it was far from it. Not only was the car the wrong model, ex instead of an si, as stated, but also has a rebuild status that he failed to mention.

There is a whole list of problems, but I wont get into that. Is there anyone I can contact to get my friends money back? Also I'm pretty sure the guy who sold it to her also repaired it, But its repaired really badly. Is there a way I can revoke his license?
