umm...did you even look at the car when u bought it? Buyer beware, your most likely outta luck, next time have it inspected. The only thing that might save you is that the seller didnt mention that it was rebuilt, but unless ur blind, you should read over the transfer tax form where it says if its a rebuild. Your friend made a dumbass decision and now hes gotta pay for it
