I can see that I have a 6 pack under the slight amount of fat I have right now, but I can feel that I can have an 8 pack. The bottom 2 don't have enough mass to be seen. When I use the machines to work my abs, I can only get the top 6 to be worked. And decline weighted sit ups work below those 2.
Basically, the exercises I do work either too high up, or too low, is there a way to work the middle ones?
