With all the questions regarding pre workout supplements and who takes what and what does what i have decided to make a sticky.
I don't know how much info i can give u guys but what ones there are to buy and around, every SINGLE person is different when it comes to pre workouts drinks, I my self in the past have been a huge fan of carb loading before the gym and taking next to no caffeine

that is my current pre workout regiment many would not like that cause it does not pump you up and make u go crazy but i dont need that i am in the zone as it is, some times u need some music and focus hard
