After a few weeks of Super Pump, I think I am just not into pre workout stim/pump supplements. Although it does give me a kick in the ass to get to the gym, I am so fucking lethargic and tired after, and I REALLY annoying and cranky on the way home. Usually after a good workout, you want to fuck any female within reach, but on this shit you are looking to kill someone.
I will try more carbs pre-workout, and just a bit of caffeine as well. That should be enough.
