Bingo.
We've had a couple of bad renters before.
If they don't pay the bills, then the tenancy eviction application or whatever takes like another month for it to even process.
Pretty much, you're looking at 2.5-3 months between the screw it up enough until when you can throw them out on their ass.
Our last tennants trashed my entire basement, built in leather couches, cut to shreds, broken mirrors, windows, smashed in doors.
Lights all busted, ditto with the switches.
They took a hatchet to the drywall and the electrical box.
Anyways, back on topic.
