I was getting steady forty, now it's 35 and no OT option for the next two months
I'm gonna blame the 100+ new hire csrs/tsrs. I've seen some of their TT's/overheard some of their calls (b/c i was floorwalking) and some of them don't know shit. Don't think they even take the time to properly troubleshooting. /rant
