so ive taken jack3d for 4 days now ( 1 scoop ) .. and honestly i dont feel a difference ( i dont get the intensity or feeling of domination )
i usually take it 1.5 hrs after i have my lunch and then workout 30-45 mins after
today tried it with empty stomach.. and nothing either
is it normal for some people to be immune to pre workout supplements?
