1MR scares me. ive taken 2 samples this week, both times i fucking crushed everything i did in the gym. and this is from a seasoned superdump250 taker.
I wouldnt recommend it to a noob or a novice. I would only take it to give a push thru plateaus once you really know what you're doing in the gym. And I would stick to something a little easier like SP250 for your every day supp.
As it is, at MOST I will only take it one day a week, on the day I do a full body superset workout real heavy.
