ok no more cardio for me
what are compound exercises?

i usually eat breakfast, lunch, a semi-meal afterschool, dinner, a late night snack before i sleep . i get 8 hours of sleep (11pm-7am)
is that sufficient and what changes can i make?
should i be doing squats and deadlifts everyday? or just a few days a week?
