Hey guys I'm looking to get a Fight stick but was wondering what the differences was in the TE and TE round 2?

I was originally going to get a non TE one but can't really find one so I'm going to get this: http://store.gameshark.com/viewItem....idCategory=254 for $110 USDvshipped to Pt roberts.

Is it worth it? I'm going to be a beginner but want to get into the higher level of play. Also, how easy it to say switch the bezel on the TE?
