Kitchen outlets should already have 220V present, if they're wired properly as "split" outlets. Not sure about the legality of simply bridging the two legs into one outlet, but it is TECHNICALLY possible. Would be a simple matter to make an "extension cord" that does the same job without modifying the in-wall wiring, too. How much current does this machine require??
