Well, dropped my phone going into the Markham NCIX yesterday and spiderwebbed 3/4 of the screen. Drove over to one of the Apple stores, explained what happened (was prepared to pay for a new front screen, everything functioned properly still) and they gave me a new phone on the spot. I

Apple. You pay a premium but they do take care of you. Between this, a DOA shuffle, and a first gen MBA that I never could get to not overheat, my experiences with both technical support and customer service with them are better than any other company I've ever dealt with.
