i just ordered a few days ago (i think it was tuesday? monday?) and i chose UPS as my shipping option. they chose to send it by dhl though, for whatever reason haha whatever. was tracking the package today and it said it arrived to the sorting facility here and left @ 10.11 am but i didn't receive anything today, so i've got to wait until monday for my stuff
anyway your shipping option really depends on how much you're buying and your own urgency. if you want to get your items asap like i did, then opt for UPS or DHL or something. it only cost ~$6 more for me to get it shipped via UPS versus air mail
and they seem reliable, but i can't speak for myself until my stuff gets here (in perfect condition)
others have seemed to have good experiences with them though

if you intend to be swapping your back plate often or generally "modding" your phone, go get those star screws swapped for phillips asap. an entire set on ebay is really cheap too (like $4-5 for a star screwdriver, phillips screwdriver and 2 phillips screws)
