Maybe it's a longshot, but anybody happens to have Shima-Ya Sushi's menu to scan?
I used to like Nao Sushi a lot. One of the few rare places that has Salmon Toro Sashimi. Salmon Toro deserves to be capitalized. However, the last few times I ordered regular tuna toro, they were still partially frozen. Was disappointed.
