So what's your reason for dropping out of programming? I'm taking programming myself and I can see why one would hate it if you have absolutely no interest for this stuff.
For OP: Go for what you love. Since you love cars, go for it. If you have anything specific you really like such as body work, even better. That narrows down your choices for what you should take.
