Its not a matter of you getting older its the fact you're not a materialistic woman.. Thank god there are a few out there... None of my actual girlfriends that I can think of expect things, sure its nice to get as we all want expensive and nice things, but none I keep around me are ones that demand this from their SO.... Stupid holidays and stupid women who are expressing it's all about what you are bought...

For me if I'm pointing to something like that tho I'm not expecting it to be bought; just saying I want it.. I would never expect someone I'm dating to buy something like that... If someone was going to spend that amount on me I would rather spend it on a vacation where we could build memories together
