I was going to buy a PS3 from the user "JF.".

I made him an offer and he accepted. A few days later he sms's me saying he has another buyer for a higher price. I was fine with him flaking.
Another few days later he sent me a PM saying his buyer flaked and asked if I was still interested. I was and I let JF. set the time and place to meet. He chose Saturday 5:30 PM at Metrotown. I accommodated his time and place.

I arrived on time and called him to ask where he was. He said he was running late due to traffic (on Saturday) and would be there in 10 minutes.

At 5:45 minutes (at this point he is 15 minutes late) I called again and he said he was at Kingsway and Imperial, so with driving, finding parking and walking to the foodcourt it would mean another 10-15 minutes before he would arrive.

I consider being 30 minutes late a little excessive, so I decided not to buy the PS3 from him. I told him on the phone I was no longer interested, due to his tardiness.
