Just check out their menu. For example...dinner would be this:

Their pricing aren't that bad for a fine dining experience.
They also have 5 courses meal ($50), 7 courses meal ($70), and 9 courses meal ($90.)
If the $50 one is in your budget, it should be able to impress your date
