I just wanted to share with you my experience with
The Speed Syndicate. I recently imported a vehicle from the US and needed to get new tires. I had the tires sent to Blaine and made a last minute appointment with Alex for Saturday at 1pm. Unfortunately, little did I know, the NEXUS lineups were congested. There was absolutely
no way I would have made it back in time. Alex did what he could do to accommodate my last minute request but unfortunately, things don't always work in our favour. So instead, I asked Alex if I could at least drop the tires off at the shop and come back on Tuesday morning. He was more than happy to let me do so and when I showed up to the shop, I saw before me a mini-RS meet. Alex helped me unload the tires from my car and away I went.
Fast forward to today, the appointment was scheduled for 9am. I show up and instantly, the doors open and in I went. The guys there took good care of my wheels, installed my tires and notified me of a defect on one of the wheels, ensuring I understood what the issue was. The customer waiting lounge was neat, well-kept and Alex even made coffee and printed out a personal document for me. Now
that is what I call customer service!
Overall, I had an excellent experience with
The Speed Syndicate. I would not hesitate to return for any upcoming maintenance on my vehicle and their Corghi wheel machine was awesome. The guys there did an excellent job and their prices were competitive. I would highly recommend you guys to give
