squat has gone from 225 to 275lbs in the last 2 week since i stopped being a huge pussy with squats.
goal for summer: total 1045 for sets of 5 (not 1 rep max) of all 3. 305 bench, 315 squat, 425 DL. @195lbs bodyweight
currently 275 bench, 275 squat, 365 DL. @ 189lbs bodyweight
