i jst started running, i try and run to my old hs, once around and back, which is about 4k. i've been using BB gps programs to track it, but it's a bit bulky to carry, but nothing beats freeee!
i'm thinking about switching to interval training, which is my dillemma
gain endurance for hockey?
or
Lose weight for sexiness back?
