Oh and if anyone doesn't already use leggings for this weather, they're a god send if you hate running in sweats like I do. Felt funny and it was hard to get use to but now its runner-gasmic haha. (oh and I where them under my shorts, no moose knuckle peep show)

You don't need Nike shoes for Nike+ though. There's ways of attaching the Nike+ sensor to other shoes.
