thank god, i thought I was going crazy thinking I saw a flash when I went pass. This is probably the stupidest idea I have seen the City of Burnaby carry out. NO ONE goes down Gaglardi at 60km/h. Anyone with half a brain cell can go down that mountain at no less than 80lm/h. That road honestly was not meant for anything less. Ridiculous...
