Nice! I wish I got some sweet birds in my backyard. I only get Chickadee's, Juncos, one Wren everyday all day and sometimes a Northern Flicker will show up. I once saw a Pileated Woodpecker in the summer but he doesn't wanna come back. I put out suet, I made a feeding log, even build two bird houses big enough for woodpeckers and still no dice. I have five huge dead trees in my backyard as well so he can poke holes all day long but no signs of the bird yet. Perhaps its cause I'm kind of near a busy road but on the other side is a massive park so maybe he's hiding in there. Who knows.
I got bored at home so I grabbed my camera and went for a nature walk around Ladner. Around 15 or so Eagles and a bunch of other birds. I couldn't get in close so I just filmed them talking to each other but it came out crappy. I'll try it again if I can get closer to them. I gotta find a nest thats nowhere near a private property and where its quiet so I can film them laughing at each other. hah.
Here's the Wren that visits everyday. I narrowed it down to a Bewick's Wren but I'm still not 100% sure.
