oyama sushi on kingsway...
nice renovations, the price was pretty decent compared to the atmosphere of the restaurant
Not much to say about service. It was fine, wasnt outstanding but it was acceptable... we had a party of 10 and they gave us a mat room so i was pretty happy about that.
The food sucked compared to most other japanese restaurants... with the huge competition in the sushi industry, you just can't have rolls falling apart when you pick it up. And no, it wasn't from a lack of chopstick skills; the rolls were just so poorly made that picking it up lightly, the roll would just break apart. I find this to be a common thing that associates with any korean-owned japanese restaurants.
overall i give it a 7.5/10 i was mainly expecting some good sushi on a tiring day, and the food just didnt cut it...
