I used to hate running but getting addicting. However the lack of someone to run with makes me lazy at times haha. I run about 30 mins/ 4-5km, would like this to be everyday or every other day which ever works. Set a specific time and have ppl show up when they can.

You should do the west dyke trail or the oval trail.....those are better than running around the track.
